Collection 08: Groovy marks a major chapter for iRi. This is our eighth collection and the debut of our third patented outsole design — the Groovy Outsole. Lighter than a banana 🍌 and wider than any sole we've made before, the Groovy Outsole is built for all-day wear and all kinds of movement. It's the foundation of two new styles: the Groovy Lace-Up Sneaker and the Wavy Slip-On Sneaker, both crafted entirely from recycled materials and responsibly made in South Korea.
And for the first time ever — men's sizing! Collection 08 is available in US Women's 5–15 and US Men's 5–12, making it iRi's most size-inclusive lineup to date.
Where It Started: Childhood Joy
While the outsole is our most innovative yet, the soul of Groovy looks back to the very beginning. Founder Janet drew inspiration from her childhood picture diaries and the playful, uninhibited creativity of her early years. The result is a collection full of whimsy — bold, carefree, and designed to bring a little joy to every step. It's a reminder that the best design doesn't take itself too seriously 😉
